Not yours nanas Cream Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of roasted red & green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 onion ,chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 (10 oz) can cream of chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk
  • 1 (10 oz ) pkg chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 chopped jalapeno
  • 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup of mushroom
  • 1 lb low fat velveeta cheese ,cubed
sauted onion ,mushroom, jalapeno, peppers in olive oil. combine all ingredients on low in crockpot for 3-4 hours. Do not add salt add black pepper to taste

Spinach Lasagna


Ingredients :
  • 9 lasagna noodle , cooked
  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach , thawed and completely drained
  • 15 oz fat free ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • salt and fresh pepper
  • 32 oz tomato sauce
  • 9 tbs (about 3 oz) part skim mozzarella cheese , shredded
Preheat oven to 350 degrees . Combine spinach , ricotta parmesan , egg, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Ladle about 1 c sauce on the bottom of a 9 x12 baking dish.

Place a piece of wax paper on the counter and layout lasagna noodles. Make sure noodles are dry. Take 1/3  cup of ricotta mixture and spread evenly over the noodle. Roll carefully and place seam side down onto the baking dish. Repeat with remaining noodles.

Ladle sauce over the noodles in the baking dish and top each one with 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese. Put foil over baking dish  and bake for 40 min. or until cheese melts. makes 9 rolls

if your like me then you will probably eye ball the whole thing just have a good cooking thumb :)

Mask / Toner



  • 2 Tbsp sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegars or lemon juice


Combine 2 tbsp sour cream with 2 tbsp honey  and 1 tbsp apple cider vinegars or lemon juice. Apply to you cleansed face and leave for 20 minutes . Rinse with tepid water follow by cool ( not cold) rinse.

This mask heals,exfoliates. brightens and moisturizers skin. It refines pores , fades acne scars and blemishes

CHOCOLATE FACE MASK


You’ll Need:

  • - 1/3 cup natural cocoa powder (no sugar added)
  • - 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • - 2 tsp cottage cheese
  • - 3 tsp honey

Mix everything together in a large bowl. Apply to dampened skin and leave on for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Can be used once a week

As most of us know cocoa’s natural antioxidants help clear out skin stressors that can make skin look older and who wants that , know one! This mask smells so good you may want to eat the leftovers , ( I licked the spoon )

COFFEE SCRUB

Need help with cellulite?
You’ll Need:

  • - 1 cup fresh-ground coffee
  • - 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • - 1/2 cup salt
  • - 1/2 cup coconut oil

Mix all the ingredients. Massage into thighs, butt and other areas prone to, sigh, the cottage cheese effect for five minutes in a circular motion. Rinse when finished. Repeat three to five times per week.

AVOCADO FOOT SCRUB


» What You’ll Need:

  • - 2 avocados (one for pit, and one ripe one for fruit)
  • - 1/4 cup cornmeal
  • - 1 tbsp sea salt


Dry out an avocado pit for a few days(4 days give or take), then break it into several pieces with a hammer or cooking mallet. In a spice mill, coffee grinder or food processor, grind down the pit to make a gritty meal.
Scoop out second avocado and place skin aside. Mash the avocado fruit with the cornmeal, 1/4 cup of ground avocado pit and sea salt. Gently massage the mixture into your feet in a circular motion, starting with the toes and working up to the ankles. Rinse with warm water. Finally, take the inside of the avocado skin and rub the heel and any other callused areas. Your skin will look green at first (don’t worry, it won’t stain). Keep massaging for five to 10 minutes or until it no longer feels abrasive. Do not rinse off until your next shower

This recipe takes time to prepare, but the results are worth it.

water

you will need about 4 drops of water to mash up the aspirin with your finger and apply to problem spots. wait a few minutes and rinse off. Works wonders at reducing redness,swelling and speeding recovery of those painful zits and pimples. Fun fact you can also use this as a mask to reduce the sizes of your pores
