I'm going to prep my body for a diet that would last for two weeks. It's an all liquid green diet. Basically what I would be eating is all green vegetables . That mean buying kale, spinach ,cucumbers and to make it a little sweet some good ol green apple :) let's see how much I can loose hehehe anyways in 5'3 and weight 165 :/ so time to take the bull by the horn
